A clearer view
of every journey.

A starting map for campus administrators using the BEXO college workspace.

One campus view.
Many student paths.

The college workspace includes pages for students, batches, tutors, assignments, assessments, questions, analytics and alumni. Your institution’s access and integrations determine what appears in your account.

01 / ORGANIZE

Build your cohort view.

Maintain student and batch records with clear ownership and permissions.

02 / SUPPORT

Guide the journey.

Use tutor, assignment and question tools where enabled for your institution.

03 / UNDERSTAND

Read the signals.

Use dashboard and analytics views to identify progress and follow-up needs.

A sensible rollout

  1. Request an administrator account through your BEXO contact, then sign in at the college portal provided to your institution.
  2. Confirm your institution profile and who may administer student data.
  3. Set up batches and import or add student records using the approved workflow.
  4. Assign tutors or activities where those modules are enabled.
  5. Review analytics and student records regularly. Verify data before taking action.

Handle student data carefully

Campus records can contain personal information. Give access only to authorized staff, check import files before confirmation and avoid sharing exports beyond your institution’s approved process. Public BEXO portfolios are controlled by the student’s own publication choices.

Features in the codebase do not guarantee activation for every institution. Your college administrator and BEXO contact can confirm the modules and access configured for your rollout.

Quick answers

How do we add a new cohort?

Open Batches in the college workspace. Check your institution and permissions, create the batch, then add or import students through the workflow enabled for your account.

What should we verify before an import?

Confirm the source, column mapping, cohort, duplicates and who may see the records. Review the import preview before confirming it.

Can campus staff publish a student portfolio?

A student’s public BEXO portfolio follows their own account and publication choices. The college workspace should not be treated as a shortcut to publish on someone’s behalf.

Planning a campus rollout?

We can help map cohorts, administrators and a sensible launch sequence.
