A guide to the business workspace and the checks that keep member journeys clear.

From application
to operation.

Businesses can use BEXO to organize offers, subscriptions, member verification and reporting. Access to live checkout and connected readers depends on review, configuration and your workspace status.

01 / APPLY

Tell us about your business.

Submit the business application and required verification details in your vendor workspace.

02 / PREPARE

Set up plans.

Create offers, review storefront information and prepare checkout links when your account allows it.

03 / OPERATE

See what is happening.

Review members, subscription states, verification events, devices and reports.

Your first steps

  1. Sign in to BEXO and open the vendor workspace assigned to your account.
  2. Submit your application and complete the KYB steps requested there. Review status before offering anything live.
  3. Configure plans and storefront details. Test the member journey with your team.
  4. Use registered readers and scoped access for verification. Keep integration keys on your server or managed device.
  5. Use the reports and activity log to reconcile memberships, access decisions and usage.

Understand the states

Pending review means your application is still being assessed. Sandbox only means testing access, not live member checkout. Approved/live access depends on all required checks being completed. The workspace status is the source for what your account may do.

Vendors provide the underlying service to members and are responsible for their own fulfillment, customer support and service-specific terms. See the agreement and payment details presented in your vendor workspace.

Quick answers

Why can’t I open live checkout yet?

Check the application and KYB status in your workspace. Pending, restricted or sandbox-only states require further review or setup before live sales.

What should staff do at a reader?

Present the member’s BEXO card to a registered reader, then follow the approved or denied result. Do not rely on a visible raw card identifier as proof of access.

Where can I reconcile activity?

Use the workspace’s subscriptions, verification events, device usage and CSV reports. If a result conflicts with your records, use the event and payment references in your support request.
